Rather than impose minimum order levels, we apply a handling fee to small orders to ensure we can deliver exceptional customer service and the highest product quality every time. What's included in our Instant Price Match guarantee?
The price of any identical product offered by a New Zealand competitor, whether it is their regular price or part of a promotional offer. Any additional fees charged by our competitors, such as engraving fees, setup charges, and extras that we include in our pricing.
What's excluded from our Instant Price Match guarantee?
Shipping and handling costs are excluded. However, our $9.90 flat-rate Express shipping stands as the most affordable and quickest option available in New Zealand. No further discounts can be applied in addition to the Instant Price Match. Price matching is only applicable at the time of placing your online order and cannot be applied retrospectively.
