Production time is 4 business days* Order cut-off time is 2pm NZST (3pm NZDT) on business days. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Production time
Our standard production time is 5 business days, however if you need it sooner we offer the following Fast Track production options:
4 business days: Surcharge: $30 or 15% of your subtotal applies
3 business days: Surcharge: $40 or 25% of your subtotal applies

What is covered by Freight Protection? Any loss or damage to your order that occurs during transportation.

Rather than impose minimum order levels, we apply a handling fee to small orders to ensure we can deliver exceptional customer service and the highest product quality every time. Shipping and handling costs are excluded. However, our $9.90 flat-rate Express shipping stands as the most affordable and quickest option available in New Zealand. No further discounts can be applied in addition to the Instant Price Match. Price matching is only applicable at the time of placing your online order and cannot be applied retrospectively.
